Life is like a river with a fast-flowing current. We always have two options.
The first one is the easiest way, to go along with the current and accept
where it takes us.
The second one is swimming against the fast current. It may be difficult but it
will take us where we want to end up. In addition, if we swim against the current we will realise our own strength and we will even get fit (this might involve quite a bit of swimming after the pandemic).
