The ingredients needed to make a rainbow are sunlight and raindrops. Currently, there is no other planet known to have liquid water on its surface or in sufficient quantities in the atmosphere to make rain.
However Venus has it's own form of rainbow. It is an optical phenomenon called a ‘glory’ which – like a rainbow – appears when sunlight falls on cloud droplets. It is thought to be caused by sunlight passing through tiny droplets of sulphuric acid.
Glories are only seen when the observer is situated directly between the Sun and the cloud particles that are reflecting sunlight. Alternatively you can wear this rainbow silver earrings and stand under the sun and create your own glory.
